The Launch Representative I is responsible for specific tasks within the implementation and/or de-implementation of new, renewing, or existing customers for Waste Management (SBS). Responsibilities include validating services, setting up customer service levels, following up with vendors, and resolving customer/vendor service and billing requests.

Ensures environmental safety and operational excellence by managing day-to-day landfill operations, minimizing costs, maximizing productivity, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsible for waste volume tracking, community relationships, permitting, and personnel management. Oversees budget, safety meetings, and property maintenance. Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience.

The Senior level Business Analyst supports the Functional Ownership of the assigned applications that include Oracle module(s) and partners with various department leaders to consult, innovate, and deliver technology solutions to the organization. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, analyzing impacts, facilitating design sessions, and supporting testing processes.
