The Portfolio Management System Implementation Manager at Enfusion will guide and support clients in implementing Enfusion's PMS, manage client relationships, apply project methodologies, and handle client communication. Responsibilities include customizing the platform, consulting with clients, reviewing project progress, and facilitating software setup. The role requires 3+ years of experience in the hedge fund or asset management industry.
The Sr Analyst-Reporting at Enfusion is responsible for creating and setting up custom financial reporting for existing clients. They will onboard new clients onto the Enfusion platform, oversee reporting requests, advise clients on reporting best practices, and work closely with project managers to meet business needs.
The Enterprise Application Support Manager at Enfusion acts as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal development, overseeing tier I & II technical support for industry-leading investment management platforms running on Unix/Linux platforms. Responsibilities include deploying and providing application support, investigating and escalating issues, becoming the technology expert, analyzing support patterns, identifying process improvements, forecasting issue severity, and maintaining working relationships with teams.
