The U.S. Energy Initiative Director will lead strategic grantmaking campaigns to achieve policy wins that accelerate the transition to clean energy in the U.S. This role involves collaborating with advocates, policymakers, and funders to secure and maintain U.S. energy policy progress in line with national greenhouse gas reduction targets.

The Program Officer, Global Electricity works closely with the Initiative Director to co-develop grantmaking strategies and associated grant portfolios that advance the transition of the international power sector to clean energy. Responsibilities include program management, partnership development, and monitoring grant progress. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to refine strategies and engage in joint efforts with other funders.

The Program Associate (PA) will support initiative directors in designing and operating initiatives. Responsibilities include budget management, grant proposal review, communication with stakeholders, and scheduling meetings. The candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms. Salary range is $80,000 per year with adjustments for location.

The Research Analyst at Climate Imperative Foundation will lead research projects supporting global grantmaking strategies and carbon savings opportunities. They will produce written and visual materials and engage with internal and external audiences.
