Lead and manage email and SMS marketing strategies to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals. Develop and execute campaigns, optimize conversion and retention, and oversee team operations. Collaborate across departments to support business growth objectives and CRM strategy. Stay updated on new marketing tactics and technologies to drive conversions and customer support for clean energy.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data architecture and infrastructure in support of strategic clean energy initiatives. They will work on agile teams to drive analytic solutions and will report to the VP of Data Engineering.

The Technical Project Manager will lead data engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct project meetings, develop project plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery. They will also foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management and data engineering processes.
