Nagini Indugula is the VP, head of product at Built In. She has over 18 years of experience in digital marketplaces, consumer and enterprise SaaS products at startup to mid-sized companies in the HR tech industry. Prior to Built In, Indugula was head of the talent growth and experience team at Upwork, where she was responsible for freelancer growth and experience. Indugula also led several product innovations at CareerBuilder from its search products to its recruitment marketing products like talent network and HCM Saas products. She graduated from Kellogg School of Management with an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Indugula also holds a masters in Computer Science from K-State.
