Hello everyone!
Alpine Bank is proud to open its first front range location in LoDo. With 37 locations throughout Colorado, Alpine is committed to the communities it serves. So instead of just joining the LoDo community, we want to help it thrive. The best way we could think to do that is to help determine what LoDo needs, and help make it a reality through Alpine Bank’s “What Does LoDo Need?” Business Plan Contest . Submit a business plan for a LoDo-based business. We’ll choose a winner and provide a two-year, interest-free $100,000 loan to help get that business started. Please let me know if you have any questions!
See below for additional details and how business plans will be judged:
- Probability of the business to positively impact LoDo, including the appropriateness of the business for the neighborhood.
- Quality of content provided in the business plan, including breadth and depth of research and analysis regarding both the business itself and competition.
- Probability of successful launch and sustainability of the business, including timeliness of entry to the marketplace.
-Feasibility of financial succes including 3 years of balance sheet and income statement projections.
- Quality and effectiveness of in-person presentation and interview for finalists.
