I think this reality is dawning on people across a swath of professions: lawyers, dentists, business consultants, financial professionals, realtors and so on. The reaction on the part of these professionals seems to vary. Many feel they have the expertise and/or time to really make this area work to improve their business. This group generally seeks to learn this newer area by taking courses, seeking the advice and mentorship of others, and good old trial and error.
