Simple Template for Scheduling UX Testing in an Agile SDLC

This is a document I use to set up UX test schedules.

Download it from Google Drive:

Sync up the "Product Feature" column to your business roadmap or sprint schedule however your team is set up.

Feature priority goes top to bottom... High priority features at the top, obviously.

Then block off weeks for testing those features prior to grooming. Note the type of testing you'll be doing and/or color-code the blocks to UX tools or services.

Share this document with anyone who will look at it so that they all have a rough idea of when you'll be engaging users for discovery and usability work.

Be willing to adjust this on the fly as timelines and priorities change.

Any of that make sense? Hope it helps.
