We recently posted on the job board at Built In Denver and got an amazing response. In short order, we probably fielded responses from a half dozen qualified candidates that we found through the post. We ended up bringing Caroline on to the team and we're super excited about it. As a small startup we didn't have money to post the job far and wide, but it seems a ton of local talent is staying on top of what's going on using the Built in Denver job board and we're finding the right folks through the listings there.
