Inversoft Filters More Than Profanity… They Filter Beer Too.

In 2007, the folks over at Inversoft opened up a business focused on building a software solution that filters content and simplifies user management, allowing companies to manage, moderate and engage their users in a meaningful way. With companies like Pokémon and National Geographic as clients they are helping solve a problem that can get unmanageable fast.

Not only is Inversoft an expert at filtering content, they are also pretty good at filtering beer. The brewers over at Inversoft got their start in their basement in 2009, creating a delicious Belgian dubbel with oats and raisins.

This year at Colorado Startup Brews they will be serving a Standard American Imperial IPA, 14C BJCP Style.  The ABV for this style sits around 5-7.5% and IBUs around 40 – 60. This beer typically has a moderately high hop aroma of floral, earthy or fruity nature. It is common for these brews to have a caramel-like or toasty malt presence as well. The Inversoft team will be adding in Watermelon extract during keg transfer.

Come join Inversoft to try this awesome IPA at this years completion. You can register at: http://www.costartupbrews.com/register/
