2. Traveling – Never travel alone with someone you do not know well. If you do, always travel on public transportation, never in private transportation.
3. ALWAYS Keep someone informed of your plans– inform a family member, friend, or roommate where you are going, with whom, and when you will be returning.
   Prearrange with a family member, friend, or roommate, a call schedule that you will make during the evening. If a call is not received at the prearranged time, law enforcement must be notified of your name, the name of your companion and your location.
