Denver Startup Week is September 16-21, 2013, and it's going to be big. With more than 125 events, this “Celebration of Everything Entrepreneurial in Denver” combines education, inspiration, motivation and celebration.

Showcasing the entrepreneurs, employees and companies that are fueling innovation in Denver, the week provides a great opportunity to bring together the startup community in the Mile High City. Organized by the Downtown Denver Partnership, Colorado Technology Association and the Denver community, the week includes keynote sessions, workshops, panel discussions, happy hours, a job fair and more. Denver Startup Basecamp, a central hub located at Larimer and the 16th Street Mall, will serve as the epicenter of Denver Startup Week.

The full schedule can be found on the Denver Startup Week site. All events are free, but early registration is recommended.

The week begins with a Kickoff Luncheon on Monday at 11 a.m. in the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. Speakers at this event will include Denver mayor Michael Hancock, FullContact CEO Bart Lorang, with a keynote by author and entrepreneur Seth Godin.

On Wednesday from 2-6 p.m., several Denver startups will open their doors to the community for the Startup Crawl. Later that night, Ignite Denver will take place at the Paramount Theatre. This popular event features presentations of 20 slides that advance automatically every 15 seconds. Another big event will be Thursday’s Boulder Denver New Tech Party. New Tech hosts free monthly meetups, and the Boulder Denver group now has nearly 10,000 members.

The final keynote session is on Friday at 3 p.m. when Chris Franks will moderate as Brad Feld, Mark Nager, Randall Stross and David Cohen discuss the startup community and experience from a global and local perspective. Startup Week will then wrap up on Friday night with a farewell party at Galvanize.
