Denver-based SeedPaths featured in the Wall Street Journal

Over the past two years, the team at SeedPaths, which trains entry-level software developers in an intensive 8-week program and places them in part through its IT staffing & recruiting division, has been hard at work to bring the world of coding to people from all walks of life.

Of our 62 graduates who went through our program last year, 82% found employment within 90 days of graduating and enjoyed an average salary of just over $30,000. Our highest earner is currently making $60,000. With 5-10 years of experience, the average software developer earns about $100,000.

Much of this has been made possible with help from countless vital partnerships, including companies who hire our grads, strategic partners and local workforce centers.

Our work and that of everyone involved was highlighted today on a national stage in a feature story in the Wall Street Journal.
