Michael Locatis recently served the Obama Administration as theAssistant Secretary Department of Homeland Security for Cybersecurity and Communications. Prior Locatis served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) where Locatis served as the senior IT and cybersecurity official for the DOE and the principal information management advisor to the Secretary of Energy.Locatis also has extensive state and local government experience having served Gov. Schwarzenegger as California Deputy CIO and transition advisor, Gov. Ritter as Colorado CIO and Mayor Hickenlooper as Denver CIO.
Michael Locatis is currently Managing Partner of Nexusist, a consulting and venture development company with global reach through extensive partner networks.
Michael Casullo is the Chief Information Officer at Ciber, a global IT consulting company. Casullo recently served as Chief Information Officer for WildBlue Corporation a satellite broadband provider, where he led the expansion of software systems to accommodate three satellites and 420,000 subscribers.Prior to WildBlue, Casullo was Chief Information and Security Officer for On Command Corporation. At On Command Casullo managed an engineering transition that led to a successful acquisition by LodgeNet Corporation.
Casullo is also on the Board of Advisors at University of Colorado.
Ray Hutchins is Founder and President of Denver Cyber Security which provides vulnerability assessments, security awareness training, and managed security solutions to companies that want to protect their most important IT assets.Hutchin’s other venture as Founder and President Denver Web Services specializes in web development and search marketing that is designed to create an overwhelming competitive edge for clients.Hutchin’s also serves as President of TiE Rockies, the international organization for entrepreneurs.
