As a sign of their success and continued commitment to the state’s technology ecosystem, the Westminster-based company announced its plan to increase its facility by 20,000 square feet in order to accommodate new staff and future business growth.
“A company's offices reveal a lot about its personality, and we want our headquarters to foster our informal culture, with its emphasis on collaboration, creativity, and a healthy approach to the work environment,” said CEO and Boulder resident Eric Raza. “We think this expansion will position Datalogix at the leading edge of innovative workspaces for Colorado companies with a design that encourages both professional and personal growth.”
The firm operates an audience and measurement platform powered by a database, which it says tracks behavior for over $1 trillion dollars in consumer spending.
Expansion of the Westminster HQ follows a recruitment drive which has resulted in the hiring of 134 new employees since 2011, and brings the total number of staff to 276. While increasing the size of Datalogix’s offices by more than 50 percent, the expansion will also provide open workspaces; designated areas where employees can work and socialize; room for a café with ‘panoramic views’; and a space to accommodate yoga, CrossFit and kick boxing classes.
The 11-year old company has 280 employees and in addition to the Westminster location runs offices in New York City, Birmingham, MI, San Francisco, and London.
