Colorado Customer Success Kickoff

ATTENTION CLOUD COMPUTING MANAGERS! If your mission is to onboard, serve, retain, and grow customer relationships, we have a new group for you! 

We're starting Colorado Customer Success, a free, monthly get-together for networking and learning, connecting you with leaders from all over the state doing what you do. We'll feature presentations and panel discussions about people, processes, technologies, “best practices,” and management methods that can help you lead your organization to lower customer churn and greater customer loyalty. 
 
The inaugural meeting is Wednesday, February 19, 6-8pm at SendGrid’s office in downtown Denver. We're partnering with the Customer Success Association to kick things off and we’re delighted to have Mikael Blaisdell, the director of the Customer Success Association, as our keynote speaker. He’ll be giving an overview of new technologies being used for customer retention.
