1 Million Cups Denver, one of the winners of the 2013 Startup Colorado Community Fund, is looking for startups to “pitch” in 2014. Meeting every Wednesday from 9-10 am at Galvanize, 1 Million Cups Denver allows two local startups an opportunity to present their products to a diverse audience of mentors, advisors, and entrepreneurs.  It is like Pitchers or Pints and Pitches with coffee instead of beer and more time for discussion. Companies present a 6-minute pitch and engage in 20 minutes of feedback and Q&A. These startups gain insight into possible ways they can improve their businesses, gather real-time feedback, connect with a community that truly cares about their progress, and walk away feeling like they have advanced their business (and improved their pitching skills). The audience also learns a great deal from the presentations. Whether this is through passively listening or deeply engaging with the entrepreneurs, there is much to learn every week from these dynamic and diverse communities.

Please join us on Wednesday December 4th or 11th for our regular 1 Million Cups Denver Meeting and then come back on December 18th for our special Alumni Day event sponsored by Built In Colorado and featuring updates from Rachio, WayIn, LokalMotion, UGurus, Wimbo Music, InteliVideo, and Tagster,
