Virgile Raingeard is the CEO for the compensation management platform Figures. He has worked as a leader in HR since 2008 and has previously served as the VP of people for comet and the HR director for engineering, research and product for Criteo. Raingeard holds a master’s in HR from Aix-Marseille University.
