Sam Lanfear is the SVP of revenue at Tomo Mortgage. He has led teams reaching 200 in size at major companies, including America’s largest mortgage provider, Rocket Mortgage, where he served as VP of sales and many other roles leading up to it in his nine-year tenure. In between Rocket and Tomo Mortgage, he worked for a Series D PropTech company based in San Francisco called HomeLight, acting as their VP and head of sales. Driven by strategy and analytics, Sam finds ways to improve performance.
