Rogers Jeffrey Leo John, Ph.D., is the co-founder and CTO of DataChat Inc., a company he helped establish in 2018. Rogers has held research positions at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Columbia University and has a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing and data science.
