Oscar Contreras Carrasco is a machine learning and data science professor for the Catholic University of Bolivia. He also teaches at the Military School of Engineering “Mcal. Antonio José de Sucre” and Valley University in Bolivia and is the founder and CEO of InnovAcademy. Carrasco has worked in tech since 2007 and has previously served as a data analysis engineer for TRUEXTEND and as a back end developer for Mojix. He holds a master’s degree in advnaced computing from the University of Bristol.
