Mike DeKock is a certified public accountant (CPA) and the founder and CEO of MJD Advisors. Described as a passionate and unconventional thinker, Mike has a talent for simplifying complex issues. Mike’s career began with a degree from the University of Iowa and a position as a financial statement auditor at a large CPA firm. There, he developed a passion for process improvement and became an expert in applying audit and attestation standards. Though he spent much of his career as a general practitioner, a focus on SOC reports in 2017 ignited a new direction. MJD Advisors, launched in 2021, reflects this passion, providing specialized SOC reporting services for technology companies.
