Leslie Zane is the founder of Triggers® Brand Consulting and the author of The Power of Instinct: The New Rules of Persuasion in Business and Life. She has worked in marketing since 1980 and founded her firm in 1995. Zane holds a master’s in business from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s in economics and art history from Yale University.
