Lena McDearmid is the co-founder, COO and chief culture officer at Momnt, an embedded lending platform. With more than 15 years of experience in the fintech industry, Lena is a culture enthusiast who values people above all else. Previously, she worked at Wells Fargo, CarMax, and GreenSky. Her roles ranged from being a go-to leader to a growth manager, where she excelled in establishing new departments across credit risk, credit operations, customer service, PMO, and product. Lena is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University. She is an advocate for women in leadership and fintech and is actively involved in various women-in-tech initiatives.
