Laura Fredricks is an author, speaker and consultant who trains and coaches individuals and companies on how to ask questions in the workplace. She runs her own consulting firm ExpertontheAsk. Fredericks also serves as an adjunct professor for both Columbia University and New York University. Her latest book is Hard Asks Made Easy: How to Get Exactly What You Want.  She holds a juris doctorate in communication law from Western New England University and a bachelorÆs in communication from Rutgers College.
