Kimberly Harris transitioned into tech in 2019, starting out as the recruiter at Poll Everywhere. She now leads the operations, finance and analytics teams, and serves as a member of the executive leadership team. She finds purpose in connecting with and supporting people to be their best professional selves. Harris is a native Californian living in Portland, Oregon, wrangles two kids in her free time and is always on the hunt for the next family adventure.
