Katie McGinnis is the director of talent at Udacity with experience in regulatory and legal compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition and engagement, strategic planning, compensation and development. She has worked in HR for more than 14 years, and has previously served as a senior HR leader for Cigna, Piedmont Healthcare and Benefitfocus. McGinnis holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Mississippi.
