Chris Dowsett is the vice president of analytics and data science at hims & hers. Formerly, he served as the director of data science and consumer insights at Spotify. Dr. Dowsett has been working in data science analytics and decision science since 2004 and previously held positions at Instagram, Intuit and Spaceship, among many others. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Queensland where he researched how to improve the effectiveness of data use in business decision making. Dr. Dowsett also holds a business analyst postgraduate certificate in business and project analysis from UC Irvine.
