Chris Dowsett is the director of data science and consumer insights at Spotify. Dr. Dowsett has been working in data science analytics and decision science since 2004 and previously held positions at Instagram, Intuit and Spaceship, among many others. He earned a Ph.D. from the University of Southern Queensland where he researched how to improve the effectiveness of data use in business decision making.
