Brian A.R. Raddatz is the corporate counsel at Caterpillar. He was formerly an associate at the Chicago-based intellectual property boutique Marshall, Gerstein & Borun, LLP, where he combined his passion for nuclear technology and his engineering background to guide clients during the patent application process. Raddatz holds a bachelor’s in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from illinois Institute of Technology and a doctorate of law from DePaul University.
