Anthony Figueroa is the co-founder and CTO for the software development firm Rootstrap with more than 14 years experience. Figueroa launched Rootstrap in 2011, and previously worked as a senior business analyst for Sistemas Informaticos SRL. Figueroa and his company specialize in blockchain, machine learning, data science, e-learning, IoT and healthcare. He holds certifications in machine learning from MIT, applied data science from the University of Michigan and R for Data Scientists from Stanford University, among others. Figueroa earned his bachelor’s degree in computer sciences from the University of the Republic.
