We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager; as a pivotal member of our People Team you will take the lead on global hiring, building talent pipelines and improving Redgate's global employer brand.
Reporting into our Head of People, you will take the lead on global recruitment, ensuring Talent Acquisition strategies & initiatives support our ambitious growth plans.

The Role:
You will manage, lead and coach a global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring high performance to support our company goals & objectives. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver innovative recruitment strategies, especially for hard to fill roles.
We're seeking a creative problem solver who is passionate about technology and getting to know our business. You will play a vital role in making sure we hire the best talent, whilst ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout. Some key responsibilities include:
- Management, coaching and development of direct reports to develop a high performing global Talent Acquisition team
- Build cross-functional relationships and credibility with key stakeholders, including our Exec team
- Responsible for proposing and management of the annual global recruitment and employer brand budgets.
- Provide advice and guidance on recruitment best practices and systems
- Work closely with hiring managers and People Partners to develop innovative and engaging attraction and recruitment strategies, ensuring great candidate experience throughout.
- Collaborate with peers in the development of people strategies.
- Identify & drive team projects to align with our People & Company strategy, including team OKRs (objectives and key results) work.
- Utilise data insights to improve pipeline, conversion rates, time and cost to hire; identifying bottlenecks, improvements and efficiencies
- Develop our global talent brand and recruitment marketing efforts in order to promote Redgate's employer brand plan (externally and internally) using various channels such as social media, targeted campaigns, platforms, events and local sponsorship, to drive talent attraction
- Drive positive actions to ensure Redgate is an attractive employer to a diverse talent pool and ensure we have inclusive & equitable recruitment practises, in line with our DEIB commitments
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, with data analysed to inform decisions.
- Management of ICIMS (our ATS) and any other recruitment platforms & channels full benefit & ROI realised.

- Experience of managing & developing a team of Global TA professionals.
- Resourceful, meticulous and organised with the ability to multitask.
- Excited and passionate about recruitment, employer branding and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
- Knowledge & understanding of the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging and how a TA function can support this.
- A confident communicator who brings a sense of energy and is able to achieve rapport quickly and with ease across all areas of the organisation.
- Ability and track record of headhunting experienced candidates.
- Able to problem solve and create innovative solutions to difficult hiring challenges.
- Experience of managing back-end ATS systems.
- Experience of building and maintaining an engaging employer brand to drive talent attraction.
- Understanding of visas & home office requirements.
- Basic employment law knowledge.
- Data driven with the ability to understand, translate and report on data, and use data to drive improvements & decisions.
- Comfortable with transparency and giving & receiving constructive feedback.
- Experience of recruiting in a technology environment would be helpful.

The package:
- Salary in the region of £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience

Flexible-hybrid Model:
Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work. Within the People team we visit the office on a weekly basis to support our collaborative culture, as well as other ad-hoc collaborative activities as required. So, if you are able to travel to and from the office safely in a day, that works well for us.
