Gogo Business Aviation is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for demand generation, channel enablement, nurture and customer programs.
The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, customer engagement and brand awareness using integrated campaign and sales enablement strategies. This includes leveraging best practices across all aspects of digital marketing coupled with complementary traditional approaches such as industry events and channel enablement strategies.
You will manage a team of talented people who are creative, collaborative, customer-centric and generate rapid results while working closely with marketing and cross functional leadership to shape the customer experience. Our ideal candidate is strategic and creative with a good handle on metrics and measurements to drive optimization.

How will you make a difference?
- You will lead a team of passionate marketing managers and associates to own and deliver a persona driven, highly targeted integrated marketing strategy
- Own and optimize an effective channel enablement strategy in close collaboration with our sales teams ensuring our channel partners are educated, engaged and advocates of Gogo
- Write engaging brand-aligned copy that moves prospects and existing customers into action online and offline; including presentations, website content, digital ads, email content and across social media channels
- Understand our products and the customer's needs to develop persona-driven content, messages and campaigns that are targeted and relevant to each unique buyer type/journey
- You have the ability to manage a portfolio view of marketing objectives and are able to align across product and business goals to provide strategic direction to your team
- Build strategic relationships and both internal and external partners and industry players, agencies and vendors
- Identify trends and insights through data aggregation, customer conversations and marketing analytics to continually optimize performance and ROI
- Work in close collaboration with marketing leadership to influence the definition of team goals and strategic planning, owning the execution of demand gen plans to drive business goals
- Streamline and align cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus, eliminate bottlenecks, and identify critical dependencies - in order to increase team-efficiency, and improve speed-to-market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications (or equivalent work experience)
- 5-7 years of strong B2B marketing experience- aviation or technology industry experience preferred
- 2+ years of proven, effective people management
- This is a hybrid role! You must be willing to be in the office 2-3 days per week

- Proven experience utilizing marketing metrics, measurements and analytics to drive insights that guide strategic decision making
- Demonstrable experience crafting and executing integrated marketing programs aligned to business objectives that drive results
- Well organized and extremely detail orientated, with a proven ability to successfully project manage and report out on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Creative, outside-of-the-box thinker with solid copywriting skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills in people management; works to develop team members and encourages personal growth
Preferred Skills, experience and talents
- Global marketing experience is strongly desired
- Experience working with the latest in marketing technologies, including marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)
- Ability to work closely with leadership and senior staff across multiple functional areas
- Demonstrable leadership skills organizationally; proven ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross functional team members
- Ability to present marketing ideas, concepts, plans and results to key internal stakeholders including sales, product, finance and others
