Product Ownership:
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ driven workflow platform capabilities, including CMS within our SaaS B2B platform.
- Own integrations with 3rd party workflow and automation partners.
- Align product initiatives with customer needs and business objectives, focusing on driving measurable client outcomes such as increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.
- Accountable for the delivery of product initiatives, bridging technical and business requirements from end to end.
AI/ML Expertise:
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build and refine AI-powered workflow solutions, such as intelligent task routing, automated decision-making, and predictive analytics for process optimization.

Compliance & Scalability
- Ensure all workflow capabilities meet data privacy, compliance, and ethical standards relevant to B2B use cases.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year in AI/ML or data-driven product areas.
- Proven success in managing products that automate and optimize business processes.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with highly regulated products and financial services is desired.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
