Senior Analyst, Marketing & Business Analytics

About the Role:
Remitly is looking for a Senior Analyst to support key decisions using data and analytics. As a Senior Analyst, you will be involved in some of the company's most critical business decisions across all areas of the business, and get a chance to work with a highly talented team in a collaborative work environment. You will use your technical skills to produce metrics, write recommendations and support management with analyses. This role can be based in Seattle or Arlington, VA. You will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics.
 

You Will:

• Analyze metrics across business performance, pricing, channels, past campaigns and explore new business opportunities

• Deep dive into customer behavior and trends, generating insights that can lead to customer growth or other business opportunities

• Maintain, improve, and develop dashboards for key performance indicators, while also monitoring and understanding changes in key metrics.

• Ideate and design new experiments, marketing tactics, and present recommendations

You Have:

• A Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related area

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong background in SQL

• Experience doing data analysis with Python or R is a plus

• Strong problem solving ability and drive

Compensation Details: The starting base salary range for this position is typically $121,000-$144,000$.
