Job Summary
Talented Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. We are looking for someone engaged in all phases of the software development lifecycle including gathering and analyzing user/business system requirements, attending technical requirement sessions, develop and document technical solutions. You will participate in group sessions of developers to ensure coding best practices, maintain code quality, and manage production deployments.
What You’ll Do
- Be a visionary partnering with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvement.
- Drive user story analysis, elaboration and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit tests and automation, on time and on budget delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for the definition, planning, modeling, governance, and implementation of Salesforce CRM capabilities.
- Build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes (Apex, Lightning Component, Web Service, Flow, etc.)
- Deliver effective development of Salesforce Best Practices in addition to support of end users
- Effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
- Maintain high levels of code coverage and unit testing
- Share knowledge with other developers regarding code quality and best practices
- Perform code review to keep code quality to highest standards
- Manage production releases for the entire Salesforce org
What We Need
- 2+ years of experience working with SFDC
- 1 full lifecycle working with salesforce.com implementations
- Experience working within Scrum
- Strong knowledge of deploying, customizing, and maintaining CRM’s systems.
- Effective communication with users, other technical teams, and project management to understand requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
- Thorough understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related technology field
- Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC (for example, development, Visual Studio Code, Git, Data Loader, etc.)
- Hands-on expertise in multiple of following technologies: Salesforce development, Middleware tools (MuleSoft, Pervasive, Informatica, etc.), External API Integration (REST, SOAP, etc.), Database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript, SFDC Communities, Field Services Lighting, SF Lightning a plus
- Experience with CI/CD related processes and systems (i.e. Git Action, Jenkins, etc.)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II a plus)
