About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outbound Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in its efforts to generate revenue and achieve sales targets. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the intern to gain valuable experience in sales, analytics, and marketing, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The intern will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain valuable insights into the sales process, and develop skills that can help them succeed in a variety of business roles. This role is located on-site 4 days a week at our headquarters in Chelsea, NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Review: The intern will be responsible for assisting in the analytical review of team performance and revenue. This includes tracking sales metrics, analyzing sales data, and identifying trends and insights that can help improve team performance.
- Reporting: The intern will be responsible for generating reports on sales performance and revenue trends. The reports should be clear, accurate, and easy to understand, and they should provide insights that can inform decision-making.
- Process Improvement: The intern will work with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency. This includes suggesting new tools or technologies that can help automate tasks, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.
- Prospecting: The intern will assist the sales team in prospecting by researching potential leads, identifying key decision-makers, and developing targeted messaging. This includes using a variety of tools and resources, such as social media, online databases, and industry publications.
- Training and Development: The intern will work with the sales team to develop training materials and resources that can help improve sales skills and techniques. This includes creating presentations, videos, and other learning aids that can help sales reps stay up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
About You
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
The base hourly salary for this position is $20.00
