We are seeking a skilled RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in automating billing functions for our internal RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) business. The goal is to transform these automated processes into a marketable product/service for our clients. As an RPA Engineer, you will be at the forefront of integrating traditional RPA solutions with cutting-edge generative AI technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects that blend automation, artificial intelligence, and software development to enhance operational efficiencies and create new capabilities.
The RPA Engineer will report directly to the Head of AI and the Vice President of BillMax Operations, ensuring a strategic alignment of the automation projects with the organization's broader objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots and generative AI solutions to automate billing and other related functions within the RCM business domain.
- Utilize programming skills in Python, Node.js/JavaScript, and C# to develop robust and scalable automation scripts.
- Leverage relevant libraries and frameworks such as Puppeteer for web scraping and automation tasks, enhancing the bots' capabilities to interact with web interfaces effectively.
- Integrate advanced generative AI technologies into the automation process to extend beyond traditional RPA capabilities, including the orchestration of APIs and the use of LLMS to determine subsequent actions in dynamic scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of AI and the VP of RCM to align the automation objectives with business goals and ensure seamless integration and deployment of RPA solutions.
- Develop AI agents capable of calling relevant APIs to perform complex tasks autonomously, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of RPA and AI solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA development and deployment, with a strong portfolio of successful automation projects.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Node.js/JavaScript, and C#.
- Familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks for automation, especially in web environments.
- Solid understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in enhancing RPA solutions.
- Experience in API orchestration and integration, with a focus on leveraging AI agents to automate complex tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.
