What you will do in a Manager, Information Technology role at Kyruus Health:

  • Enable frictionless and secure technology experiences: You’ll lead a team to provide technical leadership, guide technology choices, and build a service delivery framework to deliver frictionless technology experiences to our employees. 
  • Best-in-class engineering and service delivery: You’ll ensure that we have a best in class engineering, and an excellent service delivery model access across the devices, platforms, and applications in our enterprise.
  • Partnerships: Forge alliances with departments like Human Resources, Infosec, and Legal to ensure robust data protection measures, streamline employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and safeguard the intellectual property of the enterprise from an IT perspective.
  • Lead:  Guide and inspire a team of professionals to achieve excellence in delivering and supporting IT technology solutions.
  • Technology tool evaluation and administration: You will be responsible for the evaluation, selection, implementation, and administration of enterprise technology tools.
  • Client engineering: You’ll oversee client engineering capabilities across mobile devices, laptops, and virtual devices.
  • Office technology management: You’ll manage the technology (devices and network connectivity) in our office locations.
  • Metrics-driven operational processes: You will put in place metrics-driven processes to measure operational performance of the technology landscape under your purview.
  • Regulatory compliance assurance: You will ensure continued compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual requirements for data security and privacy (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, etc.)
  • Financially sound technology decisions: You’ll partner with the IT Architect and your leadership to make financially sound decisions while keeping in mind the correlation between information technology infrastructure, tech debt, operations, and cost.
  • Cross-team project coordination: You’ll help plan and coordinate the implementation of our cross-team IT projects. 
  • Vendor relationship management: You’ll manage technology provider vendor relationships across the enterprise in partnership with our procurement and finance functions.
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM) responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal, to optimize asset utilization and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • You’ll witness failures - your own and that of others. You’ll use these failures as teaching moments to continuously improve feature velocity, stability, and quality.
  • You’ll take on projects that are highly ambiguous with lots of unknowns. You’ll use your technical expertise and mental resilience to break them down into manageable, iterative improvements, and guide your own work and that of team members to execute on these plans in a timely manner.
  • You’ll report to the Vice President, Technology in the Technical Operations Department within the R&D Engineering Division.

What you will bring:

  • You will have 10+ years of experience in Information Technology and 3+ years in a leadership position
  • You’ll use your experience with a range of IT platforms across like Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira, Service Desk)
  • You will have experience managing Identity Access Management capabilities, such as OKTA and Active Directory
  • You will bring strong experience managing a mobile, desktop/laptop, and virtual environments leveraging platforms like JAMF Pro and Microsoft InTune,
  • You will take ownership of service delivery within our company, utilizing metrics to actively monitor and improve performance. You will be versatile in leveraging Service Management tools like FreshServices, Jira, Zendesk.
  • You’ll leverage your experience overseeing network infrastructure to manage and improve our current network environment including VPN connectivity.
  • You will be able to establish clear processes for problem resolution, and incident management.
  • Ideally, you will be familiar with HIPAA and HITRUST compliance frameworks.
  • You anticipate, develop, and evangelize strategies for future requirements and trends.
  • You will have strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills to establish organizational alignment on our Corporate IT strategy.
  • You will partner with the Information Security team to ensure that our IT systems are robustly protected and compliant with industry standards and our compliance controls.
  • You’ll help the team solve complex technical design problems

  • You’ll use your communication and active listening skills to:

  • Provide complete, actionable, and timely feedback and coaching to your team, peers, and leadership.
  • Articulate compelling and inspired technical vision and core technology purpose.
  • Create an inclusive and safe environment where team members feel motivated to succeed as well as feel confident to provide you feedback on what you can do to improve the overall effectiveness of technical solutions.
