We're Looking For An: Influencer Content Specialist to support and scale Influencer partnerships across all Golden Hippo brands, with specific brands to start. Partnerships will focus primarily on licensed content development for ads and customer acquisition but may also include promotional posts generating awareness and driving sales.
Location: Remote (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Content Generation and Licensing
    • Driving UGC-style content partnerships through separate channels and/or partnerships to fuel media buying efforts
    • Developing, iterating on, and continually testing unique angles and briefs to generate the most effective content for cross-collaborative needs
  • Influencer search and discovery
    • Proactively (and by request from internal teams) identify and engage influencers to drive brand conversations, content and advocacy
    • Collaborate with Influencer Manager on performance partnerships and measuring success and content generation best practices to drive media buying strategy
  • Influencer Strategy and Management
    • Execute partnerships from start to finish, applying a scaled and effective approach according to the goals of the partnership
    • Content briefing, detailed communication, and unique approaches to individual partnerships to drive the most value
    • Efficient time management and high attention to detail in order to drive the best results and maximize output
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Able to manage large spreadsheets of data and export dashboard data from Influencer platform, combine to provide clear and actionable insights
    • Data-driven forecasting expected performance of both posted and licensed content based on previous partnerships


Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

  • Strong ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data
  • Strong familiarity with Influencer Platforms
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing process from outreach to negotiation, tracking/forecasting, content review, and reporting/analysis
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, as well as common trends, algorithm changes, and best practices that we would apply to our partnerships
  • Super collaborative, able to think about how influencer content and partnerships can impact broader teams and proactively demonstrate value
  • 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and/or Social Content Production

The base salary range is $62,700-$83,600, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
