About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and repeatable processes. You will create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, and ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% are getting help. We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development who are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0-to 1-environment. You will join a fast-growing business at the ground level, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world while improving your entrepreneurial skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance

  • 3+ years of self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling

  • 2+ years working with healthcare clients that have 1,000+ employees

  • Experience exceeding an annual quota of at least $750,000, or bringing in at least as much incremental revenue through partnership growth

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision-makers; and from companies with low-tech adoption to companies with high-tech adoption

  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

  • Proficient in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems

  • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1

  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth

  • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions

  • Experience selling at a startup
