What you will do:
- Participate in all aspects from design to testing at component, board, and system level
- System level architecture definition and collaboration with firmware and mechanical teams
- Testing & hardware validation
- Launching products with overseas manufacturing partners
- Extend and maintain existing product lines
- Collaborate with remote software and firmware engineering teams
- Collaborate and mentor engineering teammates
- Other duties as assigned
- This is an in office position in Menlo Park, Ca
What you will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in/with developing new hardware projects
- Multiple battery powered, medium volume consumer electronics designs
- Excellent understanding of foundational EE concepts in analog, digital and RF domains
- Launched products with overseas manufacturing partners
- Experience in hardware prototype bring-up, debug, fault detection, and failure analysis
- Proficient in writing test software and scripts for test automation
- Project management skills to drive deliverables to schedules
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Previous startup experience
- Experience in/Passion for K-12 and/or higher education a plus
