About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
What you will do:
- Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, time plan, budget, risks; secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
- Drive project execution: lead project activities including hardware/software ordering and delivery to sites, Site survey, Solution Design, Hardware/Software Installation, Integration, Testing and Cut-over traffic and post cut-over support. Continuous seeking for efficiency, cost saving, UM% improvement.
- Manage customer expectation and partner performance.
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring.
- Develop the business: participate in pre-sales to baseline the scope, time plan, cost and risks for tender submission.
- Simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.
You will bring:
- Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, Telecommunications or IT is a plus
- Min 5 years working experience in IT / Telecom industry; service engineer or solution architect experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability: Cloud, Core, Packet Core, IMS, Policy Controller, Signaling Controller, OSS, Charging. Multiple solution/product knowledge is a plus.

- Proficiency with the English and Russian/Georgian Language
- Local Candidates can be preferred
Additional Requirements:
- PMI certifications as a plus
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing IT / Telecom projects from pre-sales to delivery.
- Project sales process and/or Contract management
- 3pp suppliers management experience
