Title: Campaign Manager (Ad Ops)
Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Hybrid Required
Job Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia
What You'll Do:
- Own pacing and delivery of campaigns, both IO and programmatic
- Perform pre-launch activities, including campaign builds, site list adjustments, creative snippet generation, and other tasks
- Collaborate with the Client Services Manager to optimize campaign performance against client KPIs and communicate when faced with campaign pacing issues
- Analytics: Ability to analyze performance data sets to tell a story and optimize
- Provide 1st and 3rd party reports on scheduled or ad hoc basis
- QA: Ensure proper setup within line items, ensure various types of creative tags and pixels are properly trafficked and firing within GAM
- Work with CSM and external trading teams to facilitate programmatic launches and troubleshooting
- Accurate campaign set up and on-time launch; maintain proper budgeting within ad servers to limit leakage or over-run revenue
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently before escalating to the next level
- Submit troubleshooting tickets within selected ticketing management system and project manage through resolution
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of digital media experience
- Previous knowledge in client services, ad operations and serving solutions a plus, especially Google Ad Manager
- Must be comfortable with complexity and thinking on multiple levels of abstraction;
- Demonstrated use of critical thinking techniques
- Excellent judgment; an acute sense of self-awareness
- Experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of large data sets.
- Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfort with a fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
- Proficient in different 1st party and 3rd party reporting, (GAM, GCM, Moat, Atlas, DV, IAS etc.)
- Understanding of programmatic operations (header bidding, PMP, PG, AG, Server to Server, etc.
