The Role

Description

The Project Specialists are responsible for reviewing investment client files from branches within our footprint. The Project Specialists will be responsible for a variety of data entry duties, which include file review, quality control and scanning.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Sorting and compiling documents for data entry
  • Quality control check review
  • Reviewing and scanning client files
  • Completing operational risk management activities such as:
    • Record retention
    • Procedural governance
    • Compliance training
  • Participate in monthly branch file moves
  • Packing and shipment of client files to our data storage partner

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and perform in a deadline driven environment
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Salesforce experience
  • Document scanning experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Associate degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Lifting to 30lbs independently

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
