About the Role
We are building a stellar team of Business Development Representatives to increase our overall revenue by building our database, generating profitable leads, and forming and encouraging meaningful and lasting relationships with customers in our industry at Moov Technologies. The Business Development Representative will report to the BD lead and partner directly with the sales team leader to discover qualified opportunities by responding to targeted outbound prospects to build and establish long-term relationships. You will also collaborate with important leaders to accelerate Moov's hyper-growth status. We will offer the opportunity for advancement based on performance and have career pathing for all levels.
This role is required to be based in South Korea.
You Will:
- Work with the sales team leader to develop target lists and call strategies.
- Research accounts, identify key players, create interest, and develop accounts.
- Manage inbound lead flow and build outbound prospecting plans.
- Manage and report on all activities and results within Moov's CRM system
- Attend networking events, such as SEMICON, to prospect leads for Moov
- Work Asia hours on a limited but consistent basis.
- Meet and exceed goal targets
- Be a mentor for new BDR hires
- Work collaboratively with other internal team members
- Review large data sets to ensure data integrity
You have:
- You have 1+ years of sales and cold calling experience.
- Language skills: Korean, English
- Must be located in South Korea.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills.
- You are a persistent and relentless self-starter.
- You can deal with ambiguity and excel in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
- You can achieve your goals without significant supervision
- You have the willingness to learn, low ego, and take ownership of responsibilities
