The role:
Reporting to our Programme Delivery Manager, you'll work with key stakeholders to shape projects that address key business challenges. You will act as one of the main liaisons between project teams and stakeholders.
Now is an exciting time to be joining CORE Services as a Business Analyst. Over the next few years, CORE will be leading several of the company's most important strategic programmes, delivering crucial insight and capabilities to the rest of Redgate. Upon joining the team, you will have a key role to play in both delivering those projects and pushing the evolution of Business Analysis at Redgate.

- You'll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time
Flexible-hybrid Model:
Achieving work-life balance has never been more important and so Redgate has adopted a flexible-hybrid model. This means that people will work flexibly with a blend of remote (home) and co-located (office) work. Within our CORE Services team we typically visit the office on a weekly basis to support our collaborative culture, as well as other ad-hoc collaborative activities as required. So, if you are able to travel to and from the office safely in a day, that works well for us.
