Supports roadmap development and product enhancement for investing and wealth management solutions. Owns the backlog for assigned workstreams, writes requirements and user stories, prioritizes features, and partners with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and VOS teams. Translates back-office workflows into internal efficiency tools, participates in agile ceremonies, tracks product performance, and supports compliant, user-centered delivery using AI responsibly.

Supports managed account operations across multiple clients, including account administration, reconciliations, corporate actions, security master processes, performance reporting, onboarding, and exception resolution. Performs daily processing, resolves reconciliation breaks, maintains data integrity, collaborates with clients and internal teams, assists with system testing, and contributes to workflow improvements and platform enhancements.

Own and deliver engineering programs while performing hands-on data analysis and tooling. Pull and join data via APIs/queries, build dashboards and recurring reports, track vendors and spend, and identify automation opportunities. Coordinate people, timelines, risks, and action items to produce status updates and maintain systems of record for engineering leadership.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vestmark VAST portfolio management capabilities (UMA, SMA, multi-sleeve, overlay trading, rebalancing). Serve as subject-matter expert translating portfolio management operations into prioritized requirements, partner with engineering, design, and client delivery, engage portfolio managers and sponsor clients, and represent product in client/RFP/executive conversations to drive adoption across wealth management channels.

Lead and grow an engineering team (up to 12), own kanban-based delivery, translate business priorities into measurable outcomes, recruit and develop engineers, model AI-native practices, partner with Principal Engineer on technical direction, and maintain clarity and accountability across stakeholders.

Early-career software engineer building AI-native, agentic systems. Design, implement, test, deploy production solutions using AI-assisted tools. Contribute reusable foundations, participate in design/code reviews, and iterate on systems with attention to observability, state management, and inference cost.

Client-facing role managing fixed income account operations: reconciliations, settlement monitoring and fail management, corporate actions, issue investigation, and stakeholder communications. Supports onboarding, platform enhancements, and ensures data integrity across fixed income securities.
