“Owning Our Offline”: At Tinuiti, we Own Our Offline. OOO is designed to maximize the time people spend away from their desks and logged into their computers. It’s important people have time they need outside of work to grow their happiness so when they are at work, they are firing on all cylinders and doing the best work of their lives for our clients. Here’s the math on OOO: Three mandatory, company-wide office closures, holidays, PTO and Flex Fridays, that provide Tinuiti employees with a total of 70 paid days off a year.
Workplace Flexibility
Office or Remote? Your choice. Tinuiti has offices all over the US but we’ve also been working remotely for years so we know exactly how to do it. If you work near one of them, we have a desk (and a fully stocked kitchen) waiting for you (once the offices are back open). If you don’t work near one of our eight offices, we’ll get you everything you need to work comfortably from home. If you work near one of our offices, but prefer to work from home sometimes or all the time, that works, too.
Supporting Families (and Night Owls):
And while we work the hours that our clients need us, Tinuitians have a ton of flexibility as long as the work gets done and they’re transparent with their teams. Parents who need to work in multiple blocks around feedings and daycare dropoff and baseball games? No problem. Night owls who like to burn the midnight oil or early birds who go hunting for worms at dawn? We got you, too.
Commitment to Mental Health
Life is never easy and we understand it’s been especially challenging of late. Our commitment to mental health is serious. We offer employees multiple avenues to talk, learn, process, and decompress, all of them free. The Listeners on Call platform connects employees to mental health professionals. Our Employee Assistance Program includes five consultations with licensed counselors. Telemental health provides up to 10 free therapy sessions with licensed counselors and therapists. And all Tinuitians also get a membership to HealBright, which offers online courses that make emotional wellness accessible and engaging.
Parental Benefits
We expanded parental leave benefits for secondary caregivers from 6 weeks to 12 weeks of paid leave and partnered with Carrot to offer employees up to $10,000 in lifetime fertility healthcare and family-forming benefits. Within a week of the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, we created a new policy to support any employee forced to travel out of state to secure safe medical procedures unavailable in their home state.
