Supports strategic customer accounts through order entry, shipping coordination, RMAs, quotes, pricing, reporting, and customer communications. Provides sales fulfillment support, follows up on quotations, maintains price lists, shares customer intelligence, and assists with collections. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, computer, and documentation skills.

Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple teams and locations. Oversee general accounting, AP/AR, cost accounting, month/quarter close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, inventory processes, and financial analysis to support leadership and continuous process improvements.

Manage standard cost updates, BOM and routing data, inventory reporting and analysis, project variance and profitability analysis. Support procurement, improve productivity metrics, maintain financial databases, ensure compliance and audit support, and provide ad hoc financial analysis to drive manufacturing cost and profitability improvements.

Develop, test, and optimize CMM inspection programs using 3D CAD and 2D prints; perform FAIs, in-process and final inspections; analyze measurement data, maintain calibration records, support MRB, and train operators while ensuring GD&T and ISO 9001 compliance.

The Blaster conducts field tests, arranges and detonates explosives, ensures safety compliance, and handles client issues at job sites.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling plans; build financial models for production and capital decisions; analyze variances and manufacturing KPIs; deliver reporting and dashboards; evaluate capex and product profitability; maintain internal controls, support audits, and partner with operations to drive cost and working capital improvements.

Analyze cost data, maintain product costing and overhead rates, investigate manufacturing variances, support inventory accuracy and reconciliations, assist month‑end reporting, audits, intercompany balancing, tax filings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
