Lead product vision and roadmap for data and analytics products (ML, generative AI, data pipelines, BI). Translate business needs into developer-ready features, maintain backlog, collaborate with engineering and stakeholders, track KPIs, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead Duck Creek solution architecture across Policy, Billing, Claims, Agency/DMS domains. Oversee bidder registration, logistics, invoicing, dispute resolution, and cross-functional coordination with sales and finance to ensure seamless client experiences.

Lead strategy and delivery for enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML products. Manage a small TPM team, own portfolio roadmaps, prioritize platform investments, ensure model governance and compliance, and drive measurable business outcomes through cross-functional leadership and operational excellence.

Perform unlicensed operations to support underwriting, finance and member services: process and activate payment plans, enter payments, handle cancellations and refunds, call members/brokers for delinquencies and verifications, manage mail/registered letters and translations, upload documents for licensed review, and support SOX-compliant controls and process improvements.

Research, catalog, and write accurate descriptions for collector cars consigned to Broad Arrow auctions and private sales; update vehicle database; collaborate with clients, Car Specialists, PR, Marketing, and Client Services; assist cataloging private collections; work on-site at live auctions domestically and abroad; perform other duties as assigned.

Manage day-to-day execution for assigned APEX (Duck Creek) workstreams: maintain project plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder materials. Facilitate meetings, support change control, and ensure governance documentation for audits and SOX. Partner with Business, IT, and vendors to surface risks, escalate blockers, and contribute to EPMO standards and tools.

Create, verify, and publish accurate, engaging auction listings by communicating with sellers, collecting vehicle details, curating photo galleries, writing descriptions, tracking listings in internal systems, and meeting daily listing goals.

Create short-form video content daily for Hagerty and affiliated brands using archival and original footage; post and optimize across social channels; travel to film events and shoots; monitor performance and trends; moderate and respond to comments; use Sprout Social and other posting tools; collaborate and cross-train with teammates.

Lead multiple engineering teams owning foundational services (identity, documents, payments, vehicle data). Grow managers and engineers, define strategy and roadmaps, ensure technical quality, compliance, operational readiness, cross-team collaboration, and financial sustainability of services.

As a Data Scientist III, you'll build customer identity systems, develop recommendation models, predictive analytics for customer behavior, and collaborate with ML Ops and Data Engineering.
